I woke up this morning and there are termites swarming everywhere! My roommate and I killed most of them, but there are hundreds of easy-to swarm around the window. I did some research on swarms of termites and found that I received the contract should be held. Are we responsible?
We live in Virginia, I tried searching for tenants' rights, but could not find anything concrete. We live in an apartment two floors in the second and third floors.
